Logplan participated in several connectivity planning studies for the MSC facility for both APM and BHS systems. The initial concepts transitioned into a Phase 1 of a Bag Optimization Program (BOP) connecting TBIT to the MSC. In addition to the connection an early bag storage was included in the design.

LAWA retained AvAirPros to deliver the project. Logplan was selected to develop the performance specification for the ICS system to connect the facilities. In addition, Logplan was retained to support the construction administration as needed and to directly support the testing and commissioning of the system.

Logplan was also retained by the lender who financed the program as their subject matter expert. The system went live on May 1st, 2021.
